Returns & Exchanges

We take immense pride in the quality of our collection. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and remain in their original bespoke packaging. Your acquisition must mirror the pristine condition in which it was received.

To initiate a return, please contact our support via WhatsApp with your order reference and high-resolution imagery of the item. Our team will evaluate your request and provide detailed instructions within 24 business hours.

We offer seamless exchanges for alternative sizes or palettes, subject to our current curation. Exchange requests follow our standard return protocols. We will dispatch your replacement piece once the original has been verified at our facility.

Refunds are processed with discretion within 5-7 business days following the successful inspection of your returned item. The credit will be issued directly to your original method of payment.

For hygiene and integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, specifically those showing signs of wear. Curated items designated as "Final Sale" are also excluded from our return policy.

Should you receive an item with any imperfection, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund, including all logistics costs, as part of our commitment to excellence.
